Do we keep our own staff?
Yes. Your property manages, supervises and pays its own team. BadgerBins provides the software, unit records and optional resident billing.
Do we need to rent bins?
No. Printable unit QR labels are included in software access. If you want bins from BadgerBins, the optional one time rental fee is $30 per bin including its unit QR label.
How does resident billing work?
You choose whether to offer subscriptions and set your resident rates. The BadgerBins fee is 5% of resident collections, plus actual Stripe processing charges. The remaining funds go to your company account.
Can we use Badger collection service instead?
Yes. Collection service is a separate offer for properties that want the Badger crew. Review that service plan through the existing quote and agreement flow.
